We maintain a strict quality control process to ensure our clients receive only the finest virgin hair. To request an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition. This means the product must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging. We do not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered in any way (e.g., brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed). If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. Eligible items meeting these conditions must be returned within 3 days of receipt for an exchange.
